Thank you for shopping with us! We’re excited to get your new "Kybo" rechargeable portable lamp to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time: 

EXPRESS Shipping: 3-5 business days (depending on your location).

(Note: We ship worldwide, but delivery times may vary depending on your location).

Shipping Costs: FREE

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

International Shipping:
For international orders, please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your new portable lamp! But if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how we can help:

Returns:

  • We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not happy with your lamp, simply return it within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at hell@kybo.dk within 30 days of receiving your product to let us know you’d like to return it.

  2. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide you with the shipping address.

  3. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

  • After we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note, it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your portable lamp arrives damaged or defective, we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll provide you with a free return or a replacement.

Exchanges:

  • If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can arrange that for you too! Just let us know what you need and we’ll assist with the process.
